Suzi Finer
Suzi Finer has been creating art since before she could walk. A natural "quick draw" Suzi also paints murals, (but won't get on a ladder,) and sculpts, (but hates to get her hands dirty.) She doesn't like to catagorize herself as any one type of artist; she is really a renaissance girl. Suzi is a "master" cake decorator to the stars;her cake designs have appeared in the pages of People and other magazines.
Suzi taught cartooning for the City of Beverly Hills. Suzi has a passion for retail and crafts; in 2004, her shop, Suzi Finer Artworks & Artware, was awarded the national "Rubber Stampin' Retailer of the Year" title. She and her work has been featured in Pockets, Pullouts and Hiding Places (Jenn Mason for Quarry Books, 2005), The Rubber Stamper, Rubberstampmadness, Memories, Scrapbook Premier, Scrapbook Retailer, Somerset Studio, Legacy, Stamper's Sampler and Take Ten.
She has designed a line of rubber stamps (Audmatic) and scrapbook papers (Design Originals & Anacapa Press) and has produced a line of snacks as well. She currently runs Sweetpeas and Snapshots in West Los Angeles; a destination paper arts, rubber stamp and altered art shop, where Suzi can be found teaching myriad workshops and demonstrating all types of art techniques to shoppers.
